Shipping Description: Lysate within screw-top vial
Growth Conditions: To amplify, streak host confluently on LB agar and immediately drop ~10 µl of lysate on the lawn. Incubate at 30°C overnight. Cut out lysed area with surrounding bacteria and transfer to flask with 20 ml LB broth. Shake at 30°C until lysis observed.
